Refund Policy

Once the video product is, a 30-day evaluation period is provided. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate and ensure the video is fully functional. During the evaluation period, technical support is available.

During the 30-day evaluation period after purchase if there is an issue with the video quality or functionality of your video product, any video quality or functionality issue will be corrected at NO COST TO YOU.

Due to the nature of the product all sales are final once the order has been delivered and after your actor of choice has been filmed for you at one of our studios. If you feel the actor did not perform as desired we will work with you but you will need to pay the actors fee again at a discounted rate if a reshoot is requested or full price if a different actor for the same video is obtained. Again, as stated, if you have any issues with the quality or functionality of your video product we will be more than happy to correct this for you during the 30-day evaluation period.

Features for the ad:

There are no reocuring fees
The actor can be placed almost anywhere on your website.
Professional actors are used for the ads. A choice of gender and age are options.
You may use more than one actor. A quote can be obtained once the details of the ad have been determied.
You determine the type of attire you would like your actor to wear.
If you need the actor to use any props during the recording session, you may need to provide the item or items. Shipping, handling and insurance would be an additional charge for the session. These items will be returned once the session has been completed. A quote will be obtained for ads of this type to be sure that you are aware of accurate pricing.

Procedure:

Prepare your actor
- Determine the type of person that is best suited for the ad.
- From which side will the actor enter?
- Select the shot. (full body, half body or head and shoulders)
- Determine the attire (business dress, casual, sporting, specific professional, etc.)
- Determine what props, if any, are needed.
Select an actor
Prepare the script to ensure maximum impact.
Determine if you need a transparent background or if you would prefer a color or a scene.
The ad is shot.
Insert the code into the website and tweak it for position. You can do this or we can do it at an additional charge.
