Procedure
- Complete the questionnaire to the best of your ability.
- A representative of cKc Consultants and your company will meet to discuss:
- the scope, image and goals of the web site and marketing materials.
- the way they are to fit into the company marketing plan.
- the modularization and general time-line of the project.
- cKc Consultants will prepare a proposal
- Your company will approve or renegotiate the proposal.
- Upon agreement, a contract itemizing the agreed upon responsibilities, costs and milestones will be signed with a copy for both parties and the initial payment will be made.
- As milestones are completed and approved, payment is made as per the contract.
- Changes made to the contract will be approved by both parties with agreement on the change in billing.
